AIIMS Examination Pattern

AIIMS Nursing 2022:

AIIMS Nursing 2022 - The exam is being conducted through a Computer Based Test (CBT) - [Online Mode of Examination]

Almost 155 cities all over India is going to conduct the exam.

The duration of the examination shall be 3 & 1/2 hours, will be held on June 18, 2022.

The AIIMS Exam is organised in 2 shifts (Morning & Afternoon).

Shift : AIIMS Nursing 2022 exam will be conducted in two sessions i.e. Morning session and Afternoon session.

Morning/First Shift - 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Afternoon/Second Shift - 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Type of Queries : The Queries can include multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and also the assertion type of reason.

Exam Medium : English & Hindi Medium.

Type Of Paper:

The exam will comprise of 200 multiple choice questions spread across 5 section subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge and Aptitude and Logical Thinking.

While candidates are given an opportunity to select the city for appearing in the examination during registration and application, the following shall be allotted by AIIMS:

  • Examination centre in a particular city
  • Examination Date
  • Examination Shift on the particular date

There is no more option to change the day/shift other than that allowed to him/her in the admit card.

No candidate will be permitted to appear in the examination unless he/she holds a valid "Admit Card" issued by the Institute and a proof of their identification.

Language Of Question Paper:

The question paper will be available either in English or in the Hindi language as per the choice of the candidates. But the applicants must choose/indicate on the application form whether he/she prefers to have the question paper in English or Hindi language. Late it cannot be changed at any stage.

Marking Scheme:

Correct Answer: One Mark (+1)

Incorrect Answer: Minus one-third (-1/3)
