Vivekananda Institute for Leadership Development (VILD), Mysore was established in 2002. The institute focuses on capacity building. The mission of the institute to serve India by building the potential of individuals and institutions for the development sector. VILD has been offering training to the youth, NGO's, the government and the corporate sector customizing various programs to suit specific needs on issues of management, community development and leadership.
