TNPSC Released Civil Services (Group II) Main Exam Admit Card

TNPSC has released the Combined Civil Services (Group II) Main Exam admit card. Here are the steps to check the results.


Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the admit cards for Combined Civil Services Main Examination II (Group - II Services). TNPSC had conducted the preliminary exam in November and released the result on December 17, 2018. Candidates who have passed with flying colours in the preliminary examination can visit the official website to download the admit card for the main examination.

The TNPSC will conduct the main written examination on February 23, 2019. Steps To Check TNPSC Civil Services (Group II) Preliminary Result

Step 1: Visit the official website of TNPSC exams- http://www.tnpscexams.in/ .
Step 2: Go to the ''Current Notifications'' section.
Step 3: Click on the link ''Combined Civil Services Examination-II (GROUP II)''.
Step 4: Download Admit Card is displayed.
Step 5: Enter the login credentials to download the admit card.
Step 6: Take a printout of the admit card for future reference.

Candidates might be familiar that the shortlisted for the main examination have to pay INR 150 towards the main examination fee. One should also upload their scanned copy of documents. The provisional admission to the Group II Main examination will be based on the preferences submitted by the candidates in their online applications.

The Group II Main written exam is a descriptive type paper. The duration of the exam is three hours. It tests the candidates on science and technology, administration, socio-economic problems in state and centre and current affairs.

Over 1100 vacancies will be filled through the Group II examination. Aspirants have to note that they will not be permitted to sit in the examination without a valid Group II main exam admit card.
