The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC), Govt. of Maharashtra, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 190 vacancies to the post of Civil Judges (Junior Division) & Judicial Magistrates (First Class) through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same starts from June 24, 2019 and closes on July 08, 2019.
Candidates interested in applying for Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate posts through MPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 21 years of age and not be more than 35 years, with relaxation in the upper age limit to reserved categories as per the Maharashtra Govt. and MPSC guidelines. Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 373 (Gen) and Rs. 273 (SC/ST/OBC) respectively as application processing fee either through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc. payment gateways) mode or through SBI Challan mode as specified in the notification. Desirous candidates applying for Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate posts through MPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess a Law Degree (LLB) and Master Degree in Law (LLM) with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute. The selection of candidates for Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate posts through MPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Examination and Viva Voce (Interview). Candidates selected for Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate posts will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 27,700 to Rs. 44,770 per month plus other allowances.
