Karnataka SSLC Supplementary Exam Results 2018 Released

The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has released the KSSLC Supplementary Exam Results 2018. Read on to know the details.


The Karnataka SSLC Supplementary Exam Result 2018 has been released by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB). The results were announced this noon around 12 pm. They are available online now on the KSSLC official website and also on SMS for registered candidates.

Around 208151 students appeared for the KSSLC supplementary exams. Out of that 84,701 students have passed it, making the pass percentage 40.69%.

These are the results of the compartmental exams that were conducted between June 21 to 28 for students who failed in the annual exam. The regular exams saw 71.93% of students pass. In total, 8,03,188 appeared for the main exam, out of which 5,77,733 cleared it.

As for the KSSLC Supplementary exam, a few lakh students have re-appeared. Those who have attended the exam can check out their results online. Karnataka SSLC main exam was held in around 2,817 exam centres in the state.

How To Check The Karnataka SSLC Supplementary Exam Result 2018

In order to check the Karnataka SSLC Supplementary Exam Result 2018, follow the steps given here:

Step 1: Log on to the KSEEEB results official website.
Step 2: Click on the link that reads, SSLC Supplementary Results announced on 19th July 2018.
Step 3: Enter your registration number.
Step 4: Click Submit.
Step 5: The results will be displayed on the screen. Save it to your computer and take a printout of it for future reference.

According to a Times of India report, the notification regarding scanned copy and revaluation and re-totalling of marks for March and June 2018 examinations has also been released.

  • Yashas MS is the topper with the first rank in the KSSLC 2018.
  • The pass percentage of girls is 78.01% and of the boys is 66.56%.
  • 51 students were debarred from the exam for malpractice.
  • The exam was held in two sessions - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.15 pm.

Last year, the supplementary exam results were announced on July 14, 2017.
