The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the Bihar class 12 board exam results 2018 today. The results were announced around 4 pm and candidates can check out all the details about them here. BSEB chairman Anand Kishor, state education minister Krishnanandan Prasad Verma and principal secretary of the department R K Mahajan made the results announcement this evening.
This time, the board has taken an extra effort to verify the toppers in person before the results announcement. This is seen as a bid to curb malpractice of students and hence, restore faith and hope for the genuinely hard working lot. After consecutive years of reported scandals, this has come as a proactive move from the Bihar government.
It is reported that the pass percentage of students will be higher this year in comparison with previous years. 82% science students and 45% commerce students have cleared the exam. According to Kishor, the reason behind such better performance is the continuous efforts of BSEB in understanding the needs of the students and responding to them by introducing 50% objective-type questions in the exam paper. Step 3: A login form will appear. Enter your credentials in the fields provided.
