On the day of the exam, try to remember what you have studied and don't ever be afraid of forgetting because an advantage of studying in the last minute is that the memory is fresh and not easily it can be forgotten.

Get Aid from A Friend

Also, teaching others is the best way to remember what one has studied and you can pursue your friend to teach you with that factor. Get a minimum of six hours sleep and eat light, yet healthy foods like nuts, fruits, juices etc. When your brain gets tired, take a 15 minutes power nap and restart again for a fresh study session. Don't stay put in the same place and study. Try walking around and studying or shifting rooms. This would help you stay active and involved.

Focus

When studying, a vital thing to follow is reading aloud. This helps you concentrate better and improve your engrossment. When you are distracted, you will immediately notice it. So try to at least maintain a lip movement while studying. Try to study in a calm environment, so that external factors don't disturb you.
