One of the most important tasks of becoming a teacher is learning how to motivate your students. Students who are not motivated will not learn or retain information. They also refrain from participating in the curricular activities.

Teachers play a vital role in shaping a student's behaviour and engagement happening in the classroom. The choices made by a teacher can bring in a positive impact on a student. Students are distracted for various reasons, while motivating such students can be a challenging task, and the rewards are more than worth the hardship.

How can teachers motivate their students?

Get them involved

  • One of the best ways to motivate your students and to make them responsible is to get them participate in the classroom.
