Oversee troubleshooting and administrating of Windows 2000 and 2003
Support messaging platform, Exchange 5.5/2003 mailbox, gateway, SMTP gateway, mail delivery, and routing troubleshooting
Support fax server
Handle troubleshooting and administrating of DNS
Provide Citrix terminal server farm support
React to the infrastructure alerts in a timely manner


Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
Around 3 to 5 years solid experience in Windows and Exchange system administration
Experience in supporting Active Directory and Group Policy Object is mandatory
Experience in Windows 2000/ 2003 and Exchange 5.5/ 2003 administration is a must
Experience in supporting Citrix Metaframe Presentation server 3.0/4.0 is essential
Knowledge in VB/ CMD scripting is required
Network Attached Storage and Storage Area Network experience is preferred
