Voice equipment maintenance;
Provide information for capacity planning, network performance tunning, and management reporting.
Ensure systems and networks are architecturally coherent and meet corporate policies and standards.
Requirements
Degree holder in Engineering and Computer Science.
At least 5 years of voice network maintenance and operations procedures experiences in Telecommunications industry, 2 years of which is in supervisory level or above.
Knowledge of design principles for Voice Network and VOIP solutions; open sources VoIP solutions;
Solid experience in voice network management, including monitoring, capacity, performance, and service level reporting & voice network monitoring tools and techniques.
Strong technical and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good verbal & written communications skills in both English
