Provide consultancy and delivered detailed designs for IP telephony and Cisco AVVID
Install and configure Cisco Call Manager and Unity
Deliver proof of concept for major clients
Presales technical support to sales team in pursuit new business
Design Cisco IPT solution architecture which including OS hardening, firewall traversal and call control integrity
Responsible and to be a leader in project deployment, managing a team of IPT engineer to complete the project within budget and schedule.
Manage service partners for providing quality service to customers
Formulate IP telephony training for clients
Provide ongoing technical support to colleagues in PRC
Job Requirements:
University graduate in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or equivalent
Preferably holder of CCIE and CCVP
At least 5 years experience in IP telephony and Networking with expertise in Cisco IPT, IPCC and Unity, VoIP, IP QoS, IP routing and network security
Strong general networking skills including: TCP/IP, dynamic routing protocols (OSPF / BGP), high availability protocols (HSRP, VRRP) and Ethernet switching
Experience in Network Control Access, Network authentication and wireless networking
Experience on multilayer switched networks and complex high availability routing environments
Mature and independent with good communication skills are desired qualities
Fluency in written and spoken English
