Job Description
Candidates would perform the following tasks:
Interacting with Customers for US.
Solving Customer queries.
Handling Customers problem related to product.
Managing and updating Customer & Client database.
Desired Profile
Candidates need to have the following qualities:
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Willingness to work in Night Shift.
Graduates/ Under-Graduates/ Post Graduates.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet.
Confident and Self Motivating Attitude.
The candidate must have high energy levels, should be enthusiastic and motivated.
Grammatical errors and MTI (mother tongue interference) will not be accepted.
Prior relevant inbound / outbound calling experience will be an advantage.
Age - 18 -35 years
Candidates who have completed their graduation/ are undergraduates but have left studies and are already working would be preferred.
And who have appeared for HSC .Freshers welcome. No Charges for placement services. Pay package for Graduates is 9500/- PM
