Women entrepreneurs, top brasses to interact with students

Mumbai, January 27: In a rare session of the kind, six top women professionals and entrepreneurs like founder Falguni Nayar will come together at a City-based management institute to share their success stories with the future managers on January 27.

High ranking TCS official Ms Madhumita Dasgupta, founder of NBM International Ms. Manisha Mehta, young entrepreneur Ms. Prashanti Tiwari, and general manager of ACG World Wide Group Ms. Patricia Shetty will be joining Ms Nayar to share their views on `creating an inclusive work place'.

The event is being organized by the women development cell of the Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research at Chembur.

"This is unique in many ways as only top women business heads are going to present their views and inspire the aspiring managers of tomorrow. Each of them are successful in their fields and have some valuable lessons to share with the students," said Dr Satish Modh, the institute director.

Falguni Nayar, after 25 years in financial services sector, launched, a women-centric beauty and wellness e-commerce portal. She is also independent director of the Tata Motors.

Manisha Metha, a leading advocate, started NBM International to manage the supply chain of wood & wood related products. Prashanti Tiwari founded her own consultancy Legacy Overseas Education Consultancy which has tied up with 400 plus institutions across the globe.
