Eligibility Criteria for Vardhaman Bank Various Jobs:
- General Manager/ Deputy General Manager- A Graduate with 12/10 years of Banking experience and CAIIB qualification or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 5 years of experience.
- Secretary- Should be a qualified Company Secretary.
- Asst. Manager- A Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university.
- Front Line Executives- Intermediate or Higher Secondary pass.
- Steno-cum-Typist- Intermediate or Higher Secondary pass. The candidate must have technical qualification and knowledge of short-hand.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in interview/exam conducted by the organization.
