UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2016 results

The results of UPSC Engineering Services Exam which was held in May 2016 have been declared. Candidates can check their results on the official website www.upsc.gov.in. Candidates, who have been selected, need to fill in the detailed application form (DAF). The form is available on the official website of UPSC.

The qualified candidates will be called to attend the interview/personality test. UPSC may hold the interview from September, 2016. Candidates will be informed about the specific date of interview through e-summon letter from UPSC.

The candidates had written the aforementioned examination in May 2016 for the following positions - posts of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and telecom engineering.

Steps to check the result -

• Log on to the official website www.upsc.gov.in
• Under What's New, click on ' Written Result - Engineering Services Examination, 2016'
• You will see a PDF file, which will show the roll numbers of qualified candidates
• Download and take a print out of the PDF file for future reference

The selected candidates should fill the detailed application form (DAF), available on the UPSC's website between August 3 - 16.

The candidates have to produce the original certificates as proofs for their age, educational qualifications, community, physical disability (if applicable) etc. at the time of the personality test. The printed copy of the DAF duly signed by the candidate along with original documents and a photocopy of each should be produced at the time of the interview.

The mark sheets of candidates, who have not qualified, will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final results i.e. after conducting personality test.
