UPSC Engineering Services 2017: Last Day To Register Online

The last date for registration for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Engineering Services Examination (ESE) preliminary exam 2017 is November 3, 2016. The ESE prelims exams will be conducted by the UPSC on January 8, 2017.

According to the official notification released by the commission on its official website, ESE aspiring candidates can apply for the exams till 6pm on November 3, 2016.

Candidates who wish to apply for the ESE can do so through the official website of UPSC. No other mode of application other than the online format will be accepted.

The Engineering Services Examination (ESE) is being held by the UPSC for recruitment of officers across four engineering categories: civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and electronics and telecommunications engineering.

The selection process for the available 440 vacancies is done 3 rounds, two of which are written examination rounds. The prelims round and the mains round will be written exams after which the candidate will be called for an interview round.
