Universities of UK fishing for talented Indian students

In order to pull in young talented Indian students into their net, universities of UK released a new flick which aims to create awareness about the process of applying for higher studies in UK's leading universities. The film is a joint venture of UK universities, the British Council in Delhi and the home office of students.

Film's plot revolved around the two Indian students Arshi Agarwal and Angesh Anupam. Both the students have applied for students visa for higher studies in UK. Film shows the aspiration of both the students to study in UK and parent's apprehensions for their children's well being in foreign country. The movie provides the important information about studying and living in USA.

UK universities wants talented Indian students

The move proves to be an important source of information as it explains step by step procedure of visa application to study in the best universities of UK. Soon, the movie will be released on Youtube and through links from UK university website, as well as from those of partners organisations.

Explaining this new and unique initiative taken by the universities in UK, Nicola Dandridge says "This is a great way of showing, to the many students around the world who want to study in the UK, how the process works and how it become a reality. Prospective international students and their parents hear a lot of myths about the application process and the UK's students visa system. Through these real life examples, they get a first-hand account of how the process actually works."

She stated further "UK universities remain extremely attractive to international students, so it is vital that we provide a warm welcome and ensure that visa and immigration rules are properly understood. International students make an extremely valuable contribution to the UK, both academically and financially."
