Schools have been sacred places of learning right from the time of gurukuls. They still are but only much more teach-savvy. Classrooms today are no more mundane spaces with just chairs, benches and blackboards.

Experts also opine that touch and audio help develop the fine motor skills of the children. Many learning tools allow students to study through features such as voice recognition where students say what they want to and the words get typed on their own.

Schools, one step ahead in adopting technology for improving education, have gone for digital classrooms using e-learning solutions. Digital classrooms are tech-enabled classrooms with projectors, screens, and other audio-visual equipment for digital learning.
