TN HSC Class 12 Supplementary Exam Results To be Announced Soon

The Higher Secondary certificate(HSC) Class 12 Supplementary examinations results are expected to be declared by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations(DGE) on the official website.

The official confirmation is yet to arrive by the state authority, but the results are usually released during the last week of July or the first week of August.

The HSC class 12 examinations which are held on an annual basis, was conducted in the month of March this year. The results for the same were announced on May 12, 2017. A total of 9.33 Lakh students appeared for the exams and the overall pass percentage for this year is 92.1 per cent.

1,813 schools out of the 6,732 in the state achieved a pass per cent of 100. The girls who appeared for the examinations have got 94.5 per cent while the boys scored 89.3 per cent for the HSC 12 examinations

The students who could not clear the examinations that were held in march were given a second chance to save a year. This examination, commonly known as the supplementary or the re-exam was held in the month of June, 2017.

For the Supplementary examinations 70,424 students appeared as the exam was conducted in the month of June last week and the first week of July. An extra fees of Rs. 35 ,Exam Fees of Rs 50 and registration fees of Rs 50 was charged for the supplementary examinations.

• Visit the official website - tnresults.nic.in
• Click on the link that reads - 'Tamil Nadu Class 12 Supplementary Results'
• Enter your details- Roll No. and enter the security code and submit
• Your results will appear
• Download your results and take a print out for future reference
