SSC will conduct online test for 4669 constable posts in Delhi Police

With reference to the manpower shortage in Delhi police, the union ministry has approved its proposal for the recruitment of constables. An official notice has come for recruitment of 4669 male and female constables, where the interested candidates can apply if they have qualified senior secondary (10+2). The application can be done online or offline on or before 10 October 2016. The exam will be conducted by SSC.

ELIGIBILITY: Candidates should satisfy the given criterion in order to apply for the Delhi police constable recruitment-
1. Must have passed senior secondary from any subject
2. Age limit for male candidates is 18 to 21 years and female candidates is 18 to 25 years on 1/7/16 with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
3. Must have a residence proof

Online test for constable posts in Delhi police

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The examination will be in two parts - written test and physical efficiency test. Written test will be of 80 marks based on CBSE 10th level syllabus. Retired soldiers will directly get to take up the physical efficiency exam.
Bonus marks will be alloted in physical efficiency exam for those who have special certificates or relevant experience.
