The results of stenographers Grade C and D examination 2016 been announced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Candidates can check their results on SSC official website.
The written examination was held on 31 January 2016 and the results were announced on May 27, 2016.
The total number of candidates who appeared for the exam are 2,12,823. Out of this, 4246 candidates were shortlisted for skill test in stenography for the post of Stenographer Grade 'C' and 30522 candidates were shortlisted for skill test for the post of Stenographer Grade 'D'.
After the skill tests, 149 candidates have been selected for Stenographer Grade 'C' and 2192 for Stenographer Grade 'D'.
How to check SSC stenographers results 2016
- Log on to ssc.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the link 'Steno Grade 'C' and 'D',2016 results′
- A new page displaying different sections will open. Click on the results section.
- A pdf file will open displaying the roll numbers of the shotlisted candidates
- Check your name in the list
- Save the downloaded file and take a print out of it for future reference.
Note:
According to Staff Selection Commission, the result for Stenographer in the list of selected candidates is provisional and is subject to candidates verification.
In case if any incorrection is identified between the actual details of a candidate and the ones which he or she has submitted to the commission, his or her candidates will be cancelled and their names will be withdrawn from the list.
