OJEE 2014 likely to be conducted on 11th May by Odisha

The Odisha state government has announced the dates for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) for the year 2014.

OJEE 2014 is the qualifying entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the state.

OJEE 2014 is conducted for admission to first year degree course in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Pharmacy / Homeopathy / Ayurveda and Dual Degree course in Master's degree in Applied Mathematics (MAM) & Master's degree in Computer Application (MCA) and lateral admission to Second year Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy / Architecture / MCA and first year Master's degree courses MCA, MBA, M.Tech, M.Pharm and M.Arch commencing in 2014.

OJEE, Secretary, Priyabrata Sahu said, "OJEE 2014 exam likely to be held on 11th May. Application forms will be available in January 2014.

Earlier, Odisha state government had decided to to scrap the OJEE by accepting JEE Main exam scores for admission to professional courses.

The state private engineering colleges association members were opposed the move. So now the Odisha government has decided to announce the dates for state JEE exam.

Candidates are advised to check the OJEE website for the regular updates and apply for the entrance exam.
