Candidates aspiring for Medical courses in Annamalai University have increased in number.
According to the reports, around 7,651 applications were received for MBBS and BDS courses in Annamalai University, for the academic year 2014-15.
As per the university information, around 11,654 candidates have applied for B.Sc in Agriculture / Horticulture courses, 2,545 have opted for engineering courses and 947 students have opted for B.Pharm, B.Sc in Nursing as well as BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) courses.
University will provide 3% reservation in seats for differently-abled students.
University will prepare merit list on the basis of the scores of the candidates in relevant subjects in their higher secondary examination / equivalent examination.
The counselling process dates will be announced very soon.
The counselling will be held at Administrative Office, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram.
