New Delhi, Dec 23: India today said it had taken up with Britain at the highest level the issue of dwindling students outflow to that country due to British government's new policies.
Apparently referring to the issue of stringent visa norms for students, HRD Minister Smriti Irani said in Rajya Sabha that Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised the issue during his bilateral meeting with the UK Prime Minister on November 2014 in Brisbane, Australia.
