Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad ( MICA ) has released the results of the admissions test MICAT I 2017. Candidates can view it on the official website of MICA.
The examination was held in many test centres on December 11.
Conducted for the selection of PGDM-C 2017-2019 batch, MICAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT). It usually takes place twice a year and if a candidate attends both the exams, the better of the two MICAT scores will be considered.
This exam provides an opportunity to students for enrolling in MICA's flagship course Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Communications (PGDM-C). The course mainly focuses on strategic marketing and communications. The paper consisted of two sections with a total duration of three hours.

- In the provided fields, enter your login ID and password
- Click on login
- Results will be displayed
- Download the same and take a print out for future reference
Selection process:
The selection process will be in three steps
Step I:
CAT 2016, XAT 2017 and GMAT (2015 onwards). Each candidate has to take at least one of the three exams: CAT 2016, XAT 2017 and GMAT (2015 onwards)
Step II:
MICA Admission Test (MICAT): All the candidates are assessed on MICAT which consists of 6 sections: Psychometric (P), Verbal ability (VA), Quantitative ability (QA), General awareness (GA) , Divergent-Convergent Reasoning (DCR) and Descriptive Test (DT).
Step III:
All the candidates shortlisted after MICAT shall appear for both GE and PI.
The results of MICAT II 2017 will be announced on February 20, 2017. Along with the names of the shortlisted candidates, MICA Ahmedabad will announce the venue and schedule of GE PI on February 23, 2017.
MICAT II registration will start from February 12.
