The Banaras Hindu University (BHU), has taken an initiative to print the Medical, Engineering textbooks and terminology in Bhojpuri, Maithili and Maghi languages.
To make easier for the eastern UP and Bihar students to understand the subjects. The BHU has decided to have textbooks in these three languages.
The BHU and Professor Rajive Sangla is developing a website that offers textbooks for medical and engineering courses in these three languages.
Professor Sangla said, "We are also preparing electronic editions of Hindi newspapers in these languages."
As per the reports, BHU have the maximum number of students from eastern UP and Bihar states. These students are basically from UP and Bihar, so they are unable to understand the subjects
Sangla clarified that the website would provide the explanations in Bhojpuri, Maithili and Maghi languages. The students who are not comfortable with the English or Hindi language can use this website for their help.
