The results of the Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET 2014) and Postgraduate Law Common Entrance Test (PGLCET 2014) has been announced.
LAWCET and PGLCET 2014 entrance exam was conducted by the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi.
Around 14,929 candidates appeared for LAWCET 2014, out of which 17,656 have been qualified with 84.55% for 3 year law course admission, and 3,156 candidates out of 4,376 have been qualified with 72.12% for 5 year law course admission.
Praveen Sunkara from Nalgonda district has got first rank in LAWCET 2014.
A total of 1,596 candidates appeared for PGLCET 2014, out of which 4,376 have been qualified with 93.49%.
Midhun Kumar from Hyderabad has got first rank in PGLCET 2014.
According to the latest information, counselling for the law courses will commence from second week of August 2014.
LAWCET and PGLCET 2014 is conducted for admission to the 3 year and 5 year LL.B /B.L and LL.M courses offered by the State universities in Andhra Pradesh, including their affiliated colleges, for the academic year 2014-15.
