KCET 2015: Counselling and document verification date revised

Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2015 (CET-K 2015) counselling and document verification scheduled to be held on May 26, has been postponed due to delay in declaration of class 12 results by Karnataka Second Pre University Certificate Examination 2015 (Karnataka II PUC 2015).

According to the revised date the CET-K 2015 results are expected to be announced June 1, 2015.

KCET 2015:  Counselling and document verification

The revised counselling and document verification of KCET- 2015 test-takers is scheduled as below.

Medical examination for physically challenged candidates and document verification for NCC candidates (B certificate holders) will be held at the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) office in Malleshwaram on June 3, 2015, from 11 am.

Document verification for sports quota candidates will be conducted at the KEA office in Malleshwaram on June 4, 2015 from 11 am

Document verification for Horanadu-Gadinadu, Jammu & Kashmiri migrants, Defense, Ex-defense, Scouts & Guides, Anglo-Indian, NCC Preference-B and Sports (preference-5) candidates will be conducted in Bangalore.

Rest of the candidates can attend document verification in any assigned helpline center (according to their ranks) from June 5 to June 20, 2015.The KEA has decided to withheld the KCET results of those candidates who have applied for revaluation of Karnataka class 12 examination papers.

Students applied for revaluation do not get KCET results on June 1

Candidates, who are awarded with more marks after the revaluation will be granted with rank on the spot. The ranking will be based on the marks secured by the student.

The KEA has made required arrangements for assigning ranks to the candidates who fall under the above mentioned category.

Spot ranks will be awarded on the basis of eligibility following the submission of relevant documents by the candidates.
