The Karnataka 2nd PUC results of the Karnataka Second Pre University Certificate are expected to be released by the first week of May, 2015.
The assessments are nearing completion, a fair and proper valuation process is being conducted, added the board officials.
As per an earlier announcement made by DPUE, grace marks will be awarded for attempting questions in two tests since multiple complaints were received stating that some questions were confusing or incorrect.
The Karnataka 2nd PUC examinations was held from March 28, 2015.
A total of 6,10,939 students from 4,526 PU colleges were slated to take the examination.
Out of these, 2.3 lakh candidates were from the Arts stream, 1.72 lakh from Science and 2.08 lakh from the Commerce stream. Gender-wise, around 3.1 lakh male and 3 lakh female candidates appeared for the examination.
As per reports, out of the 6,10,939 candidates, 4,96,900 were freshers while 82,067 were repeaters.
Moreover, there were 31,972 private candidates, although several universities, including Bangalore University (BU), have announced that such candidates will not qualify for admissions in degree colleges, since they do not have the mandatory 10+2 qualification.
The Karnataka II PUC examination 2015 was conducted in 1,017 centers across Karnataka.
