The nation's much-hyped examination JEE Main 2014 results were declared on 03rd May.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi had conducted the JEE Main 2014 offline examination on 06th April and 09th, 11th, 12th and 19th April.
Around 13 lakh candidates took the JEE Main 2014 entrance examination.
Only top 20 percentile candidates from JEE Main 2014 would be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced 2014 examination.
Cut-off marks for JEE Advanced 2014 Examination
A boy from Andhra pradesh, Pramod Vakacharla, who is a native of Sulurapeta in Nellore District scored 355 out of 360 marks. Another student from AP, M Viswa Virinchi scored 345 marks.
Students Krishlay Raj and Mohammad Akram Khan, who are from Jharkhand and Andhra Pradesh respectively, shared the second position in JEE Main 2014 by scoring 350 marks.
A student from Maharashtra, Akola's Kail Vaidya scored 335 marks.
Around 150 students from Bangalore are eligible for JEE Advanced Examination.
A total of 25,000 students from Kota coaching institute were eligible for JEE Advanced 2014.
From ACE campus 219 students, BASE coaching institute 400 students were qualified to take JEE Advanced.
