Intel's Science fair has 18 Indian finalists

Intel's International Science and Engineering Fair is an event which is conducted by the Society for Science and the Public (SSP) and the Intel Corporation. This year 18 students between grades 8 to 12, from India, have been selected as finalists for the ISEF which is being held in Los Angeles between 11th May to 16th May 2014.

 

Students from around 70 countries, constituting to about 1600 participants, are expected to take part in the fair. Official reports say that most number of entries were sent in this year from India.

The contestants will get a platform to showcase their creativity and brilliance. They will be judged on the basis of their skill and scientific thought involved in their respective projects
