IIM Kozhikode: CAT 2014 cutoff marks

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode has announced the cutoff marks and selection process for the candidates who have applied for CAT 2014 entrance examination for admission to MBA programmes for the year 2015-17.

IIM Kozhikode adopts a two stage of selection process for CAT 2014 candidates.

The first stage process applies to all eligible candidates (who appear for CAT 2014 and registered online for admission to IIMK) to determine those qualifying candidates who will be called for personal interview (PI).

In the second stage, the short‐listed candidates will have to appear for a GD/WAT followed by a Personal Interview (PI).

The below table shows the cutoff marks to shortlist the candidates for first stage:

This score is computer-generated and is based on the candidates' performance in CAT 2014, Class XII and Bachelor's degree performance and other traits relevant for management education.

All the above component scores will be combined to arrive at the Aggregate Index Score for each candidate. This score will be used to call eligible candidates in each category for the second stage of admissions.
