Eligibility criteria:

For Marketing officer posts:

Candidates applying for HIL Marketing Officer job should have B.Sc. (Agriculture) or Science Graduate with five years working experience in the field of Agrochemicals/Seeds/Fertilizers in reputed Company.

Pay scale:

The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 16400- 40500/- Per Month.

For Finance Manager posts:

Candidates applying for HIL Finance Manager posts should have Chartered or Cost Accountant with 05 years posts qualification experience.

Pay scale:

The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 29100- 54500/- Per Month.

Age Limit:

Calculate the Lower and Upper age limit as on June 30, 2017.
Marketing Officer: 32 years
Finance Manager: 40 years

How is the Selection Process done?

HIL will conduct the Interview for Marketing Officer, Finance Manager vacancies.
