Osmania University invites applications for APSET 2014

Osmania University, Hyderabad has announced the exam dates for Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET-2014), which will be held in January 2015.

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have a master's degree from a UGC recognised university with a minimum of 55% marks for general/OBC candidate and 50% marks for SC/ST/PH/VH.
• Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their post-graduate examination may also appear in this examination.

How to apply:

• Candidates can apply online.
• The registration fee has to be paid through bank challan only, which is provided along with the online application form on their website.
• The registration fee for different categories is as follows:

1. OC candidates - Rs 700/-
2. BC candidates - Rs 500/-
3. SC/ST/PH/VH - Rs 250/-

• Candidates must submit/send the application form along with the required documents to The Member Secretary, Office of the SET - TS&AP, II-Floor, Block-II, PGRR Center for Distance Education, Osmania University Campus, Hyderabad-500007 (TS).

Important Dates:

• Last date of availability and submission of application forms: October 31, 2014
• Last date for submission of printed online application: November 18, 2014
• Date of APSET examination: January 4, 2014
