Entrance examination of MKBU PET 2013 will be conducted on 5th January

Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University (MKBU), is all set to conduct PhD entrance examination in the month of January 2014.

This examination is conducted for taking admissions to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program, by the Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University.

The programme is offered at the Sir P. P. Institute of Science for the academic session 2014-15.

Eligibility criteria for MKBU PET 2013:

• A candidate holding a recognised master's degree or a recognised degree equivalent to master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade is eligible to appear in this examination.
• Five percent exemption in marks will be given to SC/ST candidate.

Application procedure for MKBU PET 2013:

• Application forms are available on the university's website: www.mkbhavuni.edu.in/
• The fees of Rs. 1250 should be paid through D.D banker's cheque in favour of 'Coordinator Ph.D, entrance test, MKBU', payable at Bhavnagar.

Paper pattern for MKBU PET 2013:

• The total marks for the test is 100 with a duration of 120 minutes.
• The entrance test shall consist of three components divided into two parts, i.e paper-I and paper-II.

• Last date of receiving the form: 24th December, 2013.
• Date of the PET examination: 5th January, 2014
