Bringing relief to the medical aspirants in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, it has been announced that the EAMCET 2014 counselling for Medical and Dental courses would commence from August 27, 2014.
Andhra Pradesh state Health minister, Srinivas, said that the counselling process for admission to Medical and Dental courses would commence from August 27, and will end on August 31 in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states.
Dr NTR University of Health Sciences will release the detailed notification on the counselling.
According to Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi, the classes for medical courses would commence from September 1, 2014.
Meanwhile, the officials of the NTR university will have a meeting with the officials of the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state to take decision on counselling.
A total of 5,600 MBBS seats are available for admission in colleges of TS and AP.
