Common Admission Process (CAP) for new IIMs from February 16

The Common Admission Process (CAP) for admission to management programmes in new 6 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) will begin from February 16, 2015.

The CAP process consists of the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Most of the IIMs had already started the WAT/PI rounds.

The 6 new IIMs include IIM Kashipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Udaipur and IIM Trichy. IIM Udaipur is the coordinating body for the CAP process for the year 2015.

IIM Udaipur had already declared the list of the shortlisted candidates who can appear for the WAT/PI rounds.

Candidates who have been shortlisted will be informed of their WAT and PI venue as well as date and time by January 31, 2015.The WAT/PI rounds will be conducted at New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata.

The candidates who are already called for the interviews by IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow and IIM Kozhikode will be set aside. The remaining candidates will be called for WAT/PI rounds in new 6 IIMs.
