COMEDK UGET 2015: Final answer keys released, results on June 8

The answer keys of the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test 2015 (COMEDK UGET 2015) were released at the official website on May 25, 2015.

The Comedk UGET 2015 was conducted for admission to undergraduate (UG) medical, dental and engineering courses in Comedk member institutes, was held on May 10, 2015 in 148 test centers across the state.

According to sources 1,08,486 candidates had registered for the Comedk UGET examination, out of which 57,277 appeared for medical and dental courses.

While 37,587 candidates appeared for engineering exam and 13,622 candidates appeared for both engineering and medical/dental.

"About 69% registrants took the engineering test and 74% took the medical/dental test," states release from Comedk .

The provisional answer keys of all the four versions of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and English were notified after the examination.

Clarifications relating to the provisional answer keys were received at the Comedk office till May 13, 2015.

A total of 57 questions were sought for clarifications from all the five papers and the same were referred to an expert committee.

The committee, after going through the clarifications sought by the candidates found 18 answer keys in all the five subjects to be modified.

Accordingly, the final answer keys (subject-wise) have been published..

Comedk UGET 2015 Results

The Comedk UGET 2015 results are expected to be declared on June 8, 2015. The earlier scheduled date for the Comedk UGET 2015 Results was scheduled to be released on May 30, 2015.

The delay is due to alleged discrepancies in the Results of the Karnataka Second Pre University Certificate (Karnataka II PUC 2015) examination 2015.

All other events will be held according to the calendar of events, that was published earlier.
