CBSE Class 12 Results 2018 Released: Check Now!

CBSE Class 12 Results have been declared! The students who had attended it can now know their results by visiting the website or through a phone call.

The much-awaited CBSE class 12 exam results 2018 have been declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education today. They were declared this noon, around 12.30 pm. The exams took place in the months of March and April 2018.

 

Candidates can check out the results on the official website. Every year around 10 lakh students take part in the exam in around 3500 centres of the country. This year 11,86,306 candidates appeared for the exam, held in 4,138 centres in India and 71 centres outside it.

How To Check The CBSE Class 12 Results 2018

In order to check the CBSE class 12 exam 2018 results, follow the procedure given here:

  • Log on to the CBSE official website cbseresults.nic.in
  • Click on the results link for class 12.
  • A login page will appear. Enter your credentials.
  • Click to submit.
  • View the results.
  • Save it to your computer and take a printout for future reference. This will be the provisional mark sheet until students receive their originals.

How To Get CBSE Class 12 Results Through IVRS

This year, the results will also be available through an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). Candidates can contact the following numbers to get their results.

  • Delhi - 24300699
  • Other states - 011 24300699

How To Get CBSE Class 12 Marksheet

The digital copies of the CBSE class 12 mark sheets will be available on the government portal called Digilocker. Registered candidates will receive the credentials to access this on their mobiles through SMS.

Note:

Candidates are advised to exercise patience while checking the results as the site will be slow due to a lot of people trying to check the results.

CBSE Class 12 exams were held from March 5 to Apr 13, 2018. The CBSE Class 10 exam dates are yet to be disclosed and is expected to be out soon.

As for the outcome of the results, Union Education Secretary Anil Swarup tweeted, "All the best to the students who appeared in Class 12 CBSE exams. However, treat the result with equanimity. These exams are not the end of the world. Pat yourself on the back if you have done well. Any perceived failure should make you even more determined to succeed in future."
