Candidates with CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT can get admission in Maharashtra

Non MAH CET 2014 candidates can get admission

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai has issued a notification on MBA and MMS courses admissions in Maharashtra.

According to the notification, candidates with CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA entrance examination scores can get admissions to MBA and MMS courses in colleges of Maharashtra.

Candidates have to register online at DTE Maharashtra.

These candidates are eligible for all India seats only. Candidates have to do an online payment of Rs 2,000/- for general and Rs 1,800/- for SC/ST category.

Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for MAH CET 2014 candidates is being held from 12th to 22nd May 2014.

CAP is the final round of the admission process for different business schools (B-schools) in Maharashtra.

It consists of Group Discussion-Personal Interview (GD-PI) as well as document verification. Separate merit lists have been drawn for Maharashtra State (MS) and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates.

Hence, CAP rounds will be different as per the merit status in both the categories. CAP will have four rounds.

Candidates need to note that document verification, updation and confirmation of application form for admission in person, at ARC for Maharashtra State/OMS/J&K candidates will be held from 12th to 22nd June 2014.
