AP and TS Intermediate examination likely to be postponed

The intermediate 1st and 2nd year examination in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is likely to be postponed, which was scheduled to be held in March 2015.

According to the sources, both the states have not taken decision on bifurcation of intermediate board, which is listed in the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014.

Generally, the preparation for the intermediate examination should begin in the month of August of every year. Likewise, board had already announced the dates for the examination.

However, both the state governments failed to form the guidelines till date, vis-a-vis having separate exams for two states and, other related issues. The preparation for the ensuing examinations have not started so far.

As per the reports, both the state governments have agreed to conduct common inter exams, but till now, they have not released any official announcement on this regard.

In a notification, Telangana government has agreed to provide fresh income, caste and residence certificates to the students.
