AIPGMEE 2015 registration from Aug 29, for MD/MS/PG Diploma admission

National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi, has announced the registration dates for the All India Postgraduate Medical Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE) for the year 2015.

AIPGMEE 2015 exam is conducted for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses for the 2015-16 session all over India.

AIPGMEE is the eligibility-cum-ranking examination for admission to All India 50% government quota of MD/MS/PG diploma courses across India, except Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The state governments of Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Goa and Sikkim will utilise the scores of AIPGMEE 2015 for admission to above courses in colleges under their control.

Admission to the PG Medical courses at institutes under Armed Forces Medical Services, University of Delhi and RIMS shall also be made on the basis of results of AIPGMEE 2015.

AIPGMEE examination is conducted as a computer based test (CBT) from December 1 to 6, 2014 at 33 cities across the country.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have passed MBBS degree from an institute recognised as per the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Candidates must also have completed one year of internship or those likely to complete it on or before March 31, 2015, may also be eligible.

Application fee:

• Rs 3750/- for general / OBC candidates
• Rs 2750/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Online registration for AIPGMEE 2015 will commence from August 29 to October 10, 2014.

Examination would be held from December 01 to 06, 2014.
