RGUKT, Hyderabad offers Integrated B.Tech courses Admission 2014

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Hyderabad, invites applications for admission to the first year of six year integrated B.Tech programme at its three RGUKT (IIITs) located at Basar, Nuzvid and R.K. Valley, commencing in 2014.

5% supernumerary seats are also available for the students belonging to States other than AP including the children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries / International and NRI students.

Eligibility:

• Regular students who have passed SSC or its equivalent examination (10th class) held in 2014.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age as on 31st December 2014 (21 years in case of SC / ST candidates).

How to apply:

• Applications are through online (either through RGUKT website or AP Online).
• Candidates can also apply through AP Online services by paying registration fee and service charges of Rs. 15/- per application to the AP online service centre.

Note:
Admissions will be based on Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject and as per the Presidential Order. A deprivation score of 0.4 prescribed by the Government for the year 2014-15 under Statute 13 (3), shall be added to the 10th class GPA of applicants from non-residential Government Schools including the Zillaparishad and Municipal Schools for selection, with the objective of providing weightage to the socio economically challenged students for admission.

• Last date for receipt of the online application form is 16th June 2014.
• Last date for receipt of the printed online application form is 21st June 2014.
