PDPU, Gandhinagar Opens B.Tech and M.Tech Admission 2014

Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU), Gandhinagar, invites applications for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) programme, commencing in 2014.

The specialisations are offered in:

• Petroleum Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

Eligibility:
For B.Tech:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination in relevant discipline with 50% (45% for SC/ST) of marks from a recognised board of examination.

For M.Tech:
Candidates must have passed B.E / B.Tech in relevant discipline with 60% of marks from any of the recognised universities.

Selection procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on JEE Main 2014 score.
50% of seats are reserved for Gujarat state students.

How to apply:
Candidates should apply online through the official website of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University or submit the application in the prescribed form available in the website by paying Rs. 1,200/-.

Important dates:
Last date for the submission of application form for M.Tech is 26th May 2014.
Last date for the submission of application form for B.Tech is 15th June 2014.
