Panjab University offers M.Ed admission 2014

Panjab University, Chandigarh, invites applications for admission to Master of Education (M.Ed) commencing in 2014.

Eligibility:

• Eligibility for entrance test is 55% marks in B.Ed for general category (50% in case of SC/ST & BC candidates).
• Qualifying marks for entrance test are 20% for general category (15% in case of SC/ST, BC and blind candidates).

Scheme of the test:

• M.Ed entrance test will be of 1 hour 30 minutes duration and shall comprise of 75 questions of one mark each. The test shall be objective type. Each question shall have four choices labeled as A, B, C and D. The candidate shall have to select one best response and darken the bubble bearing it on the OMR answer sheet.
• There shall be negative marking for wrong answers.

How to apply:

• The online application form for entrance test 2014is available on Panjab University website.
• Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 1800/- for general category and Rs 9202/- for SC/ST category.

Important dates:

• Last date for submission of application form is 10th June 2014.
• Last date for deposit of fee in any branch of State Bank is 13th June 2014.
• Entrance test will be held on 06th July 2014.
