Delhi University invites application for Ph.D in Social Works

Applications are invited for Ph.D by DU

The renowned university of India, Delhi University, is all set to launch its Ph.D in Social Works programme for the academic year 2014-16. The interested candidates can collect the Handbook of lnformation along with the Admission Form from the Office of the Chairperson, Board of Research Studies in Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences Building, University of Delhi.

Eligibility:

The admission in this session for Ph.D are open to only those candidates who have JRF or any other national research fellowship or to those candidates who had cleared the entrance exam for Ph.D conducted by the Department in the month of August 2013.

How to apply

The completed Admission Form along with requisite documents and ten copies of the research proposal should be submitted to the Department of Social Work of Delhi University.


Important Dates:

  • Last date to apply : 31st January, 2014
  • Presentation of Proposal by shortlisted candidates: 6th February, 2014
