Birla Institute Of Technology Admissions Open: Apply For MCA Program

The Birla Institute Technology (BIT), Mesra has released an official admission notification inviting applications for its Master of Computer Application (MCA) program. Interested candidates can apply on the official website.

The Birla Institute Technology (BIT), Mesra and its extension center at Jaipur, Lalpur, and Noida for the academic session 2017.

Eligibility criteria

Educational requirements:
The candidates interested in applying for this MCA program must have passed mathematics or computer science/ information practices as one of the subjects in class 12 or equivalent examination.
Those appearing for final examinations of their Bachelor's program in 2017 can also apply.

To apply for MCA, candidates must have any one of following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
• BSc in computer science/information technology or electronics.
• BSc with mathematics or statistics as one of the subjects at graduate level.

How is the Selection procedure done?

The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in MCA 2017. The online entrance test conducted by the institute.

The candidates are required to apply at the official website www.bitmesra.ac.in. They should then send the print out of the application form along with other relevant documents to ' the office of Dean Admissions & Academic Coordination, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi - 835215'.

Important dates to remember:

• The last date for submission of online application form is April 30, 2017.
• The last date for receiving printouts of duly completed forms at Mesra is May 11, 2017.
• The entrance test will be conducted on May 26, 2017.
