Greater Noida, August 2013: United Group of Institutions Greater Noida conducted Induction Ceremony for the newcomer students in Management and Engineering programme at its Greater Noida campus.
The Induction ceremony was organised to welcome the new faces ‘Unitians' with delightful heart and to make the students get acquainted with their college campus and curriculum.
The Chief Guests of the ceremony were distinguished dignitaries and renowned corporate personalities namely, Mr. Arvind Gautam, Vice-President, Caparo Engineering India Ltd., Mr. Ashutosh Anshu, Dy. General Manager HR, Hitachi India Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Rajit Sikka, Academic Relationship Manager, Tata Consultancy Services.
On this auspicious occasion, building pillars of UGI Group Shri G.G. Gulati, Chairman, UGI, Dr. J.K. Gulati, President, UGI, with Mr. Gaurav Gulati, Vice President, UGI and Ms. Mona Puri Gulati, Head CRC, UGI Greater Noida were present.
Principal, Director (MBA), Dy. Director, Dean Academics, Dean Student Welfare & Proctor, and all the HODs, Coordinators, Faculty members from all the departments were also present in the event.

The event started with UGI corporate video display depicting foundation and success story of UGI and then ceremony was inaugurated by lightening the holy lamps with beautiful Saraswati Vandana presented by the UGI students.

The Guests speakers of the event blessed the newcomers, and they shared their insights, experiences and inspired the students to work hard and smartly, excel in academic performance and put sincere effort in building their career.

Hon'ble Chairman, Shri G.G. Gulati gave his warm thanks speech to all the dignitaries for sharing their valuable time with the students. He blessed the new faces of UGI and pioneered students to focus on learning, knowledge development better personal and professional life.

Dr. R.K. Raghuvanshi, Principal, Dr. R.D. Dwivedi, Director (MBA), Dr. P.K. Bharti, Dy. Director, Mr. Swapnil Srivastava, Dean Academics, Mr. A.K. Srivastava, Dean Student Welfare & Proctor also blessed the freshers and they guided the students for focused learning, time management, academic curriculum, class attendance policy, examination system, behavioral conduct in the college premises, and faculty & staff introduction.
