Mumbai, 29th August 2013: Career College of Management, Gandhi Nagar , Bhopal organised a one day induction program for its new batch. Various Management skills have been taught to the students through interesting Management Games.

The induction program was attended by all the dignitaries from the college, faculty members and the mentors.

All the students received a warm welcome from the college staff and the faculty members. Induction day gave the students an opportunity to know other students and staff members and get to be acquainted with more information about the College & the curriculum, as they are about to start the new journey of their life.

Dr. Ajay Khare, Director, Career College of Management, said, "I would like to welcome you all to the new phase of your life. You all need to be motivated throughout your life. Don't think about the future or about the past, only ponder about what is within you. If your mind is strong you can overcome any obstacles."

Prof. Pradeep Jain, Group Director, Career College, said, "Training and placement cell in a college forms an important part in the academic session. Through various training session, GD and PI workshops, grooming sessions, expert lectures from the industry professionals etc, we help our students in preparing themselves according to the industry standards."

A sessions of the management games helped students in learning the various management skills.

These games facilitated them in ingraining thinking habits, analytical, logical and reasoning capabilities, importance of team work, time management, communication and leadership capabilities.

Mr. Manish Rajoria, Vice Chairman, Career Group of Institutions , wished luck to all the students for their coming future. All the faculty members gave the students some important management tips related to their respective areas of specialisation and also sensitised them on the different opportunities available with them.
