KEA to conduct seat allotment for second PUC supplementary students

Seat allotment for II PU supply students
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bangalore, has decided to conduct the special seat allotment process for second PUC supplementary exam passed students.

A special round of allotment of Common Entrance Test (CET) seats will be conducted by the KEA.

Around 49,055 students have passed the second PUC supplementary exam.

The online option entry process will commence from 9 AM on Aug 4th, 2013 to 9 PM on Aug 6th, 2013 in official website of KEA.

The alloted seat results will be announced on Aug 7th, 2013.

Students can pay the fee and download admission orders till Aug 8th. Students have to report to colleges on or before 4 pm on Aug 8th.

Candidates who have passed the supplementary exam and those from other boards (such as CBSE) should submit a photocopy of their Class 12 marks card to the KEA on or before August 2 by mentioning the CET-2013 admission ticket number.

KEA had conducted the second extended round for seat selection process on Tuesday.

As many as 12,960 candidates entered 2,89,296 options, there were 773 cancelled seats with another 327 seats surrendered by college managements.

However, only 679 seats were allotted in the extended round, leaving 9,227 seats vacant.

List of seats available for the option entry process will be published in the website of KEA.
